Dear Dereck
I am writing to sincerely thank you and 'your team' for the way in which the work has been carried out.
We are all quick to moan and condemn poor and shoddy workmanship, but slow to praise where it is warranted. All of the personnel that added their particularl skills to the project were courteous, considerate and good at their work. At no time did Ann or I feel that we could not trust all of them implicitly.
We, and our neighbors were impressed by the cleanliness of the site and the lack of noise and boisterous behaviour so often associated with building sites. This may due, in part, to your own attendances and attention to detail.
The completed project is all that we had hoped for and will, we are sure, add to the pleasure of living at April Cottage.Please pass on our thanks to all 'the team'.
